I tried to create a 360 but it said my email was in use?
The first step would be to clear your browser's cookies and cache. Before clearing cookies, make sure you know your passwords to sites.


CACHE:


In Internet Explorer, see http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/usin...


In Firefox, click the "Clear Cache Now" button under Tools %26gt; Options %26gt; Privacy %26gt; Cache.


In Safari, under the Safari menu is an option to Empty Cache; select this.





COOKIES:


In Firefox, do this under Tools %26gt; Options %26gt; Privacy %26gt; Cookies %26gt; Clear Cookies Now


In Internet Explorer, do this under Tools %26gt; Internet Options %26gt; General %26gt; Browsing History %26gt; Delete %26gt; Delete Cookies %26gt; Yes


In Safari, select Preferences from the Safari menu and click Security. Click Show Cookies, then click the option to Remove cookies.





Then, restart your computer.





After connecting to the Internet, make sure that you only have one browser window up and that you are completely signed out of all Yahoo services. Then, go to http://360.yahoo.com . Sign in through the link on the upper left with your new Yahoo ID. The page will refresh, then click the "Yahoo! 360 Home" link on the right of the main page to enter your space.





If you need to update your situation, click on your avatar on the far left corner of most Yahoo Answers pages OR click on the "My Profile" link on the far, upper right corner of the page. This takes you to your Y/A profile page and there is a section that lists your questions at the bottom. Add details to your question via http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/answers...

Reply:ask for the password in the login screen.. then they'll email it to you.. then you can go in there and reset it the way you want it.
