Yahoo problem: Why does my computer say that IE needs to close when I try to check my email?

When I try to go into my mail, it pops up and says internet explorer has to close. I have a Dell with Windows XP but I only have dial up. What can I do about this problem?

You have some kind of conflict going on in the operating system. If it gives you the option to send a message about the problem to MS, choose that. Hopefully you will then get some suggestions about solving the conflict.

Reply:u must be having some infected cookie in ur cache, clear ur cache, it should work fine.
Reply:I would suggest to switch to Mozilla Firefox Browser... safer, faster and always growing.
Reply:It could be possible due to Spyware or Adware which track ur browser to certain website or closing it.
