How do I retreive a word document that I made changes to from my yahoo email as an attachment?

How do I retreive a word document that I made changes to from my yahoo email as an attachment? I opened the yahoo attachment, made my changes and saved it, closed it and when I reopened it, the changes were not there.
How do I retreive a word document that I made changes to from my yahoo email as an attachment?
Go get the attachment and save it again and see what it is going to be saved as, (but don't save it... just see where it's going to be saved and take note of it's name).
