How do I get all the emails out of my Yahoo email account. Not my contacts but all the emails?

I am trying to extract all the emails addresses out of my yahoo.


email. all the ones sent to me and ones i sent too.





it seems Gmail makes it real easy to do this and get them out.





but how do you do it on the Yahoo account??

Another question? I received your response in my IncrediMail, where my ATT.com incoming e-mail messages (YAHOO!) are received at. When I click on the hyperlinks on your message in IncrediMail, it brings up my AOL account. When I changed it, my mail comes from ATT, but goes directly to IncrediMail, but I want it entirely out of my AOL account. I believe that this is because my outgoing mail is blocked so I cannot send outgoing mail out of IncrediMail. Please respond. I want all IncrediMail coming out of ATT.
