I need help configuring outlook with my sky email account?

I have followed followed the instructions exactly but am getting an error when running test account settings. It keeps telling me that it doesn't accept my user name and password even though I have entered these details correctly following the instructions. Does anyone know where I am going wrong?

Call sky maybe you don't have a port setting correct. Or is your sn or pw case sensitive?
Reply:are you on the new G Mail or the old one because they have different settings.
