How can I sent an email to my new employer about me missing?
Well it's a little late now.

You should have notified them before you were surpose to be at work.

It you worked for me and did not call on Monday, you would not work for me.

I don't know what your "personal reasons" were for not reporting but unless you were physically unable, you would not have a job.
Reply:You really need to call them asap especially if you were to start on Monday. They may just blow off an email since no contact was made on Monday. I would either call or probably better to even go there and speak to them in person. Explain what happened and hopefully they will be ok with that. good luck
Reply:You definitely need to call at their office although it had be done before taking an immediate off. it would be good if you call them instead of emailing. The best is to get to the office and contact Human resource department face to face.
Reply:You may be out of luck. You only get 1 chance to make the first impression. If you decide you still want to make an attempt, I would suggest you call and explain the situation.
Reply:Unfortunately, you have probably lost all chance of a job because you did not show up when required. Employers do not want to hear "after the fact" that you had a personal issue come up. You should have called them to begin with. Even so, if there is any chance of you saving face, you should call instead of emailing.
Reply:I would just go there and explain the situation... If you can't get there you need to call asap and do the same thing... Email is quick but very impersonal....
