How can i group my friends email adress to send forwarded messages?

i wish to know how i can group so many adreesesso as to ease me send forwarded messages to everybody at once rather than one at a time?

Go to your contact tab, and set up categories. You can then move your addresses into the categories. When you want to e-mail a group; just select that category. Remember to be kind and e-mail your contacts "BCC".
