Why am I locked out of my email? I just moved from one house to another.?

After the internet installer left, I found a lock symbol at the bottom of my screen and can't get in my email. No one can send me emails either.

If your E-mail is with the Internet provider, you need to call and ask them what you need to do to get in.


If you have mail with a free service, all you have to do is go to their home page and click on their mail link. Then sign in as you normally would.


For yahoo, you want to go to yahoo.com and click on mail.
