I need help configuring outlook with my sky email account?

I have followed followed the instructions exactly but am getting an error when running test account settings. It keeps telling me that it doesn't accept my user name and password even though I have entered these details correctly following the instructions. Does anyone know where I am going wrong?

Call sky maybe you don't have a port setting correct. Or is your sn or pw case sensitive?
Reply:are you on the new G Mail or the old one because they have different settings.

    Today I have changed my outlook password. And after that I couldn't receive new emails,consequently I began seeking the determination of the issue. I was succeeded and found - recover password from outlook. The software solved my problem easy and quickly. Moreover the program performed my friend's troubles.
