My answers that are sent to my email box are going into my spam box. how?

My answers that are sent to my email box are going into my spam box. how?
Go into the spam box and check mark the item you wish to keep. Click on the 'Not spam' button and it will be returned to your in box, also allowing that address to be delivered to the in box from now on. However, go in periodically and check to insure all items are spam.
Reply:To keep mail out of the spam box, the sender's address must be in your address book or contacts. You can't do that with Answers because you don't know the person answering the question. All you can do is check often when you ask a question and move the message back to your inbox.

Then go to the Spam folder and open one of them and click the "not spam" tab.





That should solve your problem.
