What do I do about not being able to download attachments from my email?

It's possible you have not downloaded from the appropriate sites...





Java....media player 11...acrobat...adobe reader 9.





those can be found in Microsoft.com and download.com





Also, many times when you cant download from the ORIGINAL message you can go into MY ATTACHMENTS or MY PHOTOS and find them in there and open them up..i have never found out why you can in there when you can't in the original message, but you can. This also works for photos that turn up as an empty box with a red X in it..
