There is a button for "insert" but all I can click on is an attachment. I just want to put in a stardard message in the email from Word, not an attachment.

Copy the document from work and paste it in the mail document. Note however that the format might change
Reply:Open a Word document and type the "standard" message. Save it to a file.
Open it and minimize.
Open OE
When you are ready to compose an e-mail in OE, just cl on the Word doc, copy, return to the OE message, and paste.
I do it all the time. Works like a charm.
