How do I make a picture CD from my Outlook Express email pictures?

The pictures were sent to my email address from a camera phone.
How do I make a picture CD from my Outlook Express email pictures?
Right click on the picture and select 'save picture as...'. Save it to wherever you want, and then write it from there.
