My email account deletes emails after about 1 month being in the inbox. Any ideas why. Not a setting issue.?

it is not user error


it is not a setting on the options of the account.


if the email is saved in a folder, it isn't deleted.
My email account deletes emails after about 1 month being in the inbox. Any ideas why. Not a setting issue.?
Your suppose to move mail you want to keep to a folder you choose.Don't leave mail in the in box makes things hard to find and keep track of.
