two options:
- don't open outlook :)
- remove your account from the other accounts in outlook like this: tools - accounts - mailing (addresses) - you can find your accounts here and remove the addresses you wish to remove, then save and close

I have blocked my email adress on accident and don't know how to get it unblocked. Could someone plz help me? (I'm with yahoo).

Normally, you have to click on the "I forgot my password" link and answer the secret question you filled when you signed up.....it resets the password then you type a new one.
Else....try to call the support.

There has been a huge increase in spam lately. I have started to use a free programme Mail Washer rated 5 out of 5 by consumeractive magazine. It's worth a try to see if it helps you. It's not perfect but it certainly helps me. Download from http://www.mailwasher.net/

I have used Comodo for a while. It is freely available on line and has not caused me any trouble. Nor have I had any.
But there are lots around. Just remember to set a restart on your computer before downloading ANYTHING. That way, you are doing the best you can to protect yourself.
